dawi11 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dawi11 ("dawi11", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing dawi11 at dawi11.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and agreed to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of dawi11. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use dawi11, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dawi11 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Underage use is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using false identity details, is prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active account with dawi11. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction and must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary restriction that conflicts with your use of the platform.

When creating your account, you are responsible for providing accurate registration details including your name, contact information and any identity verification information requested. dawi11 may request supporting documentation at any point to verify account details. Accounts that fail verification or are found to contain false information may be suspended or permanently closed.

dawi11 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All transactions on dawi11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's real-time payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard Pakistani bank account transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — eligible PKR-denominated cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets as listed in the cashier

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. dawi11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times depend on the method selected — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. dawi11 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.

dawi11 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be returned and the associated winnings voided.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

dawi11 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins on slots, free bingo tickets and seasonal cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously self-excluded or are flagged under responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible for bonus offers.
• Each bonus is available once per player, household or device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and bingo tickets may contribute different percentages towards meeting the rollover requirement. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
• dawi11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus claim at the time of modification will not be disadvantaged.

Abuse of bonuses — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or hedging bets across platforms to neutralise risk — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The dawi11 sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as football and esports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change after placement; your bet is settled at the odds confirmed on your bet slip at the time of acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed before confirmation. dawi11 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless official result rules for that sport/competition state otherwise.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Live odds change rapidly and dawi11 cannot guarantee that your in-play bet request will be accepted at the displayed odds — if odds change significantly between request and confirmation, you will be offered the new odds or given the option to decline.
• In the event of a clear technical error resulting in incorrect odds being published, dawi11 reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion.
• Match-fixing, result manipulation or any attempt to exploit insider knowledge is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

For cricket specifically — including PSL, T20 and international fixtures — market availability and settlement are based on official scorecards from the relevant cricket board or governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, the official governing body's decision is final.

06 Slots & Live Casino Games

Slot games and live casino tables on dawi11 are provided by third-party game studios and content providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are governed by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface or in the game's information panel.

• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). dawi11 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by a technical fault, software error or connectivity issue — void all affected game rounds. Bets placed during a malfunction will be returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins, where applicable, are subject to the individual game's jackpot terms and may require identity verification before payment.
• Playing strategy systems, automated bots, scripts or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in casino games is prohibited.

07 Bingo Rules

Bingo on dawi11 is available in multiple formats including 90-ball, 75-ball and speed bingo. The following rules apply across all bingo rooms:

• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the relevant game starts. Tickets cannot be purchased once a room has opened and the game is underway.
• Free bingo ticket bonuses are subject to the wagering and withdrawal terms stated in the applicable promotion.
• Room schedules, ticket prices and prize structures are displayed in the bingo lobby before you enter a room. It is your responsibility to check the prize structure before purchasing tickets.
• In the event of a technical fault during a bingo game, affected rounds may be voided and tickets refunded. dawi11's decision on bingo game disputes is final.
• Chat features in bingo rooms must be used respectfully. Abusive, offensive or inappropriate chat will result in chat access being revoked. Persistent misconduct may result in account suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dawi11 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and where relevant, reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen or borrowed identity information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, bingo or other multiplayer formats.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or other illegal means.
• Using the platform to process transactions unrelated to personal gaming activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction or security measure put in place by dawi11.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

dawi11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. dawi11 will attempt to notify the account holder before taking action on dormant accounts.

Upon closure of an account in good standing — meaning no outstanding Terms breaches — any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, dawi11 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

10 Responsible Gaming

dawi11 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult players. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools available directly in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spending automatically.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to dawi11 if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been active in a session.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dawi11 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming, betting or promotional activity on the platform.
• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical faults, third-party game provider errors or internet connectivity issues beyond dawi11's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction where game rounds have been voided in accordance with these Terms.

dawi11's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

dawi11 may update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, dawi11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the dawi11 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure.
